Payment for Participating as one of NPC’s Cohort at  Future Food Tech San Francisco 2023 will include : 

• Full registration to the Future Food Tech event (valued at $1795 USD) 
• Access to NPC’s shared Exhibit Space 
• Central meeting space 
• Product sampling, materials can be distributed/displayed 
• Ability to pitch in NPC’s 45-minute start-up showcase 
• Potential to have your product featured in the event menu (meal or nutrition break offerings) 
• Inclusion in event marketing material distributed by Rethink to prospective and registered delegates: 
  • Each start-up will be on the dedicated start-up page within relevant conference materials
  • Each start-up will be featured in dedicated marketing emails to the network 
  • Each start-up will have a virtual booth within the conference platform 
• Pre-event and onsite matchmaking support from both NPC and Rethink team 
• Pre-event coaching and advice from the NPC team around your pitch, presentation materials and maximizing the event 
• Invitations to networking events organized outside of the Future Food Tech event by NPC and/or other members of the Canadian innovation ecosystem
• Summit Passes – one pass for each participating start-up to attend the Summit in person and take advantage of the immense networking opportunity 

Also please note additional financial costs that companies may incur include that is not included in the below cost :  

• Airfare and accommodation
• Meals not provided at the event
• Development and transport of any samples/display materials (if relevant)
